Founded in 1985, Plasticare Surgery Center is an accredited surgical facility through AAAASF (American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities) to provide both intravenous sedation as well as general anesthesia for plastic surgery procedures. As director of Plasticare Surgery Center, Dr. Joy provides a unique blend of medical and surgical expertise as well as an emphasis on patient care.

Twenty-three hour extended recovery is one of the many features offered at Plasticare Surgery Center. Our caring Registered Nurses provide comfortable recovery in an atmosphere of discrete privacy. Additional home care is available through Accent Care at 800-834-3059.
If you would prefer to have your surgery done at the hospital, or if your medical condition requires in-hospitalization, Dr. Joy has surgical privileges at Los Alamitos Medical Center in Los Alamitos and also at St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach, CA.
