Board certification is certainly a consideration in choosing your surgeon, but it is only just the start. Surgeons can be board certified, but may not be particularly experienced in the particular cosmetic procedure you desire. Look for a doctor that has established a reputation for your specific cosmetic procedure. Inquire as to how many procedures per year your doctor performs, and seek references from the press, media, medical literature, previous patients and/or other sources to find a doctor specializing in the surgery you desire. Dr. Cheski is a Diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology.

Dr. Cheski is one of the most sought cosmetic, facial plastic and reconstructive surgeons in North America, and he has been bestowed an incredible number of honors in just a few years since he started practice and became board certified. He lectures regularly to other doctors from around the world and has made numerous television, radio, and print appearances, both nationally and internationally. He maintains a fellowship program training surgeons who are already board certified in their primary specialty, and has designed and/or patented a number of surgical instruments, procedures, and techniques.
