The Face and Neck Lift.

What a face and neck lift can do: Correct the sagging neck (turkey neck) and cheeks (jowls) and soften the deep lines of the cheeks. Generally, It makes you look10 to 15 years younger.

What a face and neck lift cannot do: Make you look like someone else. A facelift cannot eliminate fine wrinkles around the eyes and mouth.

Nasal Plastic Surgery (Rhinoplasty).

Lower eyelid bags are a common complaint, and now, these lower lid bags can be removed without any visible incisions or scars. It's quick, painless and most people can recover and return to work after a weekend.

Breast Augmentation, the “Deep Plane” Technique

If you place the same breast implant in ten different women, all of them will look different. The “Deep Plane” technique places the implant under the fascia of the pectoral muscle, or “inside” the upper layer of muscle. This way, the breast has a more natural feel and look, better cleavage and movement, less pain, and faster healing. Both silicone and saline implants are FDA approved. The areolar or axillary incision can be used.

Injectible Fillers .

Hyaluronic Acid (Restylane, Perlane, Sepragel) and Hydroxyapatite (Radiesse) are both natural compounds found in human tissues. Hyaluronic acid is applied into the skin, and lasts about three months. Hydroxyapatite is applied underneath the skin, and may persist for a year of more.

Botox Injections.

Botox is a nerve toxin that paralyzes muscle. Botox works well around the eyes (crow’s feet), brows and forehead. Botox to the jaw is used to slim the face and is really amazing. Botox does not “fill” the wrinkle, but paralyzes the facial muscles that create wrinkles. Botox lasts three to four months in the face, and is semi-permanent in the jaw. Concentration is everything when comparing prices. Botox is measured by “units”, not in volume or by the syringe. Normally, the average dose for a given area is 25 units.
