About Us

Iris Gin, M.D., a leader in cosmetic, laser and medical dermatology for over ten years, is the founding director of Kalia Dermatology and Laser Center. Dr. Gin graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania. She then moved to Los Angeles, where she received her Medical Degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine and completed a medical internship at UCLA Medical Center. Subsequently, she completed her Dermatology residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where she performed several clinical studies during the early developmental stages of Dermatological lasers.
Dr. Gin has been a speaker at the American Academy of Dermatology and has had several publications in peer-reviewed journals in her specialty.

Ana Walker, Aesthetic R.N.
As a registered nurse with a degree from CT, I have worked as a cardiology/telemetry hospital nurse in both Connecticut and California. For the past 7 years I have focused on the practice of cosmetic dermatology and laser treatments. I truly love my work, both the human touch as well as the laser tissue interaction. It gives me great satisfaction when I can work with the patients to achieve the goals that they have set for themselves. I have been given the privelege to work under the direction of Dr. Iris Gin M.D. for the second time in my life. I am also a trainer for Palomar Laser Company and train physicians and nurses to use the laser system and in the art of the cosmetic laser procedures.

Camille Cuento Flemate, PA-C
Camille Flemate is a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology. She earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology from Santa Clara University and her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Practice from the University of Southern California.

"Working as a Physician Assistant has been the most rewarding experience. The vast knowledge I have gained over the years and the strong patient relationships I have formed are beyond words. Working the past 5 years in medical and cosmetic dermatology has provided me with an excellent foundation to treat both rare and common skin disorders. I am excited to join Dr. Gin and her well respected team at Kalia Dermatology. In my free time I enjoy salsa dancing with my husband and running half marathons."

Danielle Lee, L.C.E.
I was born and raised in the beautiful Santa Cruz mountains and ever since I was young I have wanted to work in dermatology. I graduated from the Shoreline School of Esthetics and prior to that I also received my B.A. in Psychology while studying in Lake Tahoe. I studied psychology because I wanted to learn more about human behavior and emotion. This is something that continues to aid me in my practice of aesthetics by helping me to treat patients with challenging skin conditions. How we look on the outside has a great impact on how we feel on the inside.

Cathy Savage, L.C.E.
Itâ€™s been an amazing 26 years since receiving my Esthetic license in 1981 and having served the Los Gatos and Campbell communities. I taught the Esthetics program at San Jose City College for 7 years while in practice. I have grown with the industry and love Dermatology and the Art of Beauty. Beautiful skin is always in! I bring a unique approach with new advanced techniques and Nutrition. I am thrilled to be a part of the Kalia team and look forward to helping people achieve their dream skin.

Kristi Ratiu
I grew up just a few blocks away from Kalia and I currently live in Campbell. I have worked in a medical office for the past 7 years and I previously worked in Cardiology as a medical assistant. I am very excited to be working in dermatology with the wonderful staff of Kalia. I enjoy learning about all of the latest technology that exists in cosmetic dermatology. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially my beautiful son.

Rachel McCormick
I was born and raised in San jose where I currently reside with my boyfriend and daughter. Previously, I was part of the spa environment, where I gained a general knowledge of skin care and products. Being part of a dermatology center has shown me a whole new aspect of skin care including new approaches to treating problem skin and ways of prevention. I am very excited to be part of such a tremendous staff here at Kalia and look forward to serving our fantastic clientele.

Jodi Paris
My passion for the clinical skincare industry stems from my personal struggles with my own skin. Having suffered from chronic cystic acne for years, I felt the strong need to share my knowledge and experience with otherâ€™s to help them achieve their vision of perfect skin. With an extensive background in plastic surgery and cosmetic dermatology for the past 10 years I offer a personal and professional commitment to each and every patient to help them achieve their individual goals. Having worked for a number of the most prestigious cosmeceutical skincare companies I have gained an inside perspective to the benefits and results that cosmeceutical products can deliver. I hold a B.A. in Biology and a graduate degree in Science Communications from the University of California Santa Cruz.

Rachel Norden
It is both a privilege and in incredible opportunity to once again be working for Dr. Iris Gin. I've worked as a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant in Dermatology for over 10 years, and to be able to work in such a professional, positive and energetic environment is why I love my job!. It is important for me to be able to combine the medical and cosmetic needs of the patient, in order to offer the full range of services. Over the past 10 years, I've assisted in countless medical surgical cosmetic procedures, as well as provided medical and technical support in the medical office.
