Dr. Hamid Amirsheybani

has always had a passion for fine art, a passion that extends to his work as a plastic surgeon.

He views the human body as a sculpture. He sees the potential that often rests just beneath the surface. He has spent a lifetime learning that beauty is something that can be enhanced with the right touch.

The son of a neurosurgeon, Amirsheybani grew up seeing firsthand how surgery could help repair people's lives. Listening to his father's lessons, Amirsheybani knew early on what he would do with his life's work. By the time he entered medical school in 1985, he already had a head start on his peers. After completing his plastic surgeon training at the University of Oklahoma Medical Center, he served there as staff surgeon and Clinical Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery.

Today, Dr. Hamid Amirsheybani is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the Stanislaus Medical Society and the California Medical Association, and also is affiliated with the American College of Surgeons and the Fellow International College of Surgeons. He is an active health care advocate, and the author of numerous articles that have appeared in medical journals throughout the country.

Every year, he performs hundreds of breast enhancement surgeries as well as other cosmetic procedures including facial rejuvenation, body contouring and skin care. But he hardly works alone: Dr. Amirsheybani is surrounded by highly skilled professionals who have been handpicked from local hospitals.
