Radiofrequency dissection is done for the entire procedure which decreases bleeding, bruising and the risk of post-op scar tissue. Cold laser treatments are done on every patient. This is a 950nm laser which painlessly decreases swelling, inflammation and discomfort.

The living bra is made by gently lifting up the serratusits muscle on the lateral chest to hold up the implants for better shape coverage and stability. Dr. Kaczynski has been performing breast augmentations for over 25 years. He has experience with every possible implant technique and approach. The way he does breast augmentation now is the best technique of those in 25 years. For most people this means periareolar incision and round implants, which are usually silicone, under the muscle using the living bra technique. This provides the most natural looking and softest breasts with the least risk of complications and scarring.
